Not Georgetown in DC...Georgetown, Kentucky, a small town just north of Lexington. This cocktail celebrates a watershed event -- a family member's contract on a house there.
Georgetown Special
2 oz bourbon
2 oz peach cider (I used peach cider from Carolina Cider Company)
1/2 oz Cointreau
Combine ingredients with ice in a double old-fashioned glass.
