Ice Shot Glasses

On my recent trip to Florida I picked up some molds for shot glasses made of ice. While recipes for shot drinks abound, here are some simple ones I tried. They were, of course, delightfully cold.

For the clearest ice, use bottled water in the molds.

1/2 oz blue curacao
1/2 oz raspberry rum

1/2 oz vodka
1/4 oz peppermint schnapps
1/4 oz melon liqueur

1/2 oz vodka
1/4 oz coffee liqueur
1/4 oz caramel Irish cream liqueur

1/2 oz gin
1/2 oz orange liqueur
Squeeze of lemon juice

For all these options, shake the ingredients over ice and strain into the ice shot glasses. Drink fast!
