Apple Cider Syrup
2 parts apple cider
1 part white sugar
Bring cider to a boil in a saucepan. Reduce to half volume. Remove from heat, immediately add sugar and stir until sugar dissolves. Allow syrup to come to room temperature, or cool in the refrigerator or freezer.
