Blue Turtle

As promised in Dateline Florida, the Blue Turtle cocktail surfaced in the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico. It's blue and bubbly like the ocean -- whip up a glass to celebrate the summer.

Blue Turtle

2 oz mango rum (such as Malibu)

1 oz blue curacao

Juice of 1/2 lemon

Dry champagne

Shake liquors and juice together with ice. Strain into a cocktail glass. Top with champagne.
