This cocktail is inspired by some of the tropical ingredients I saw used in various bars and restaurants on my vacation to Florida's gulf coast.
Pining Away
2 oz pineapple rum (such as Malibu)
1 oz orange liqueur
1 oz freshly squeezed orange juice
Shake ingredients together with ice and strain into a cocktail glass. Turbonado sugar on the rim makes an attractive garnish.
