Concocted on the fly for visiting friends.
Pineapple Mojito
2 oz pineapple rum (such as Malibu)
1 teaspoon superfine sugar
3 small sprigs mint
1/2 oz pineapple juice
Lemon-lime soda
Muddle first three ingredients in a highball glass. Add juice. Top with ice and soda and stir.
