A couple of weeks ago I was shopping in Sur la Table, and came across a little bottle of Stirrings key lime juice. I prefer fresh juices, but picked up a bottle to give it a shot. The verdict: while not as good as fresh juice, this bottle is a decent substitute particulary when latitudinally challenged.
Key Lime Fizz
2 oz light rum
1/2 oz key lime juice
Club or lemon-lime soda
Combine ingredients with ice in a highball glass. Top with soda.
