My fixation with grapefruit juice continues.
Grapefruit Cosmopolitan
2 oz vodka
1 oz triple sec
1½ oz freshly squeezed grapefruit juice
Shake ingredients with ice and strain into a cocktail glass.
Variation: Grand Grapefruit Cosmopolitan
2 oz vodka
1 oz Grand Marnier
1½ oz freshly squeezed grapefruit juice
Shake ingredients with ice and strain into a cocktail glass (like you didn't already know that).
Ahhh, so many cocktails, so little time. Normally, grapefruit and I do not like each other but it's amazing what a little vodka can do. :)
