Grapefruit Fizz

Grapefruit Fizz

2 oz vodka
¼ C grapefruit (flesh and rind)
2 small sprigs mint
Club or lemon-lime soda

Muddle fruit, vodka and mint in a highball glass. Add ice and soda.
