Chartreuse

While chartreuse is a liqueur in its own right, I borrowed its name for this colorful cocktail.

Chartreuse

2 oz raspberry rum
1 oz melon liqueur
1 oz pineapple juice

Shake ingredients together over ice and strain into a cocktail glass.

Variation: Substitute raspberry vodka for rum.
