Watermelon Mint Muddle
1 ½ oz vodka
½ oz triple sec
2 chunks watermelon (about 1” cubes)
Leaves from 1-2 mint sprigs (about 10 leaves)
Lemon-lime or club soda
Muddle vodka, triple sec and mint in a highball glass. Add ice and top with soda.
