Grilled Pineapple Salsa

I made this snack when some great friends came over for drinks and dinner a couple of weekends ago.

Grilled Pineapple Salsa

2T chopped red onion
1/4 cup chopped tangerine
1/2 cup chopped grilled pineapple
1/4 cup fresh cilantro leaves, chopped
Juice of 1/2 lime
Pinch salt

Stir ingredients together and serve with tortilla chips.

To make the grilled pineapple, coat a few pineapple rings in melted butter (2 parts) and white sugar (1 part) and grill about 7 minutes per side.
